Project Engineer
Jacob Wible is currently employed full-time as a project engineer specializing in electrical systems. Since October of 2023, he has been on the construction site of the new Mt. Nittany Medical Center Bed Tower in State College, PA.
ABOUT JACOB WIBLE
Background
Jacob was born and raised in Altoona, Pennsylvania. In high school, he played trumpet for the marching band. He graduated from Altoona High School in 2015 and later attended Shippensburg University where he acquired a Bachelors of Science in Biology in 2019. After graduation, Jacob began employment with GSK in Carlisle, PA where he worked in the pharmaceutical manufacturing division. When GSK re-located to Puerto Rico in 2022, Jacob became briefly unemployed. During his unemployment, he founded Ace Peak Capital Holdings Inc and re-located back to his home in Altoona where he became an in-house electrician for CENVEO in Williamsburg, PA. Jacob purchased his Blair Township home in late 2022 and in November of 2023 was elected to serve as Auditor of Blair Township.
Township Auditor
As Township Auditor, Jacob ensures your tax dollars have not been misappropriated by township elected officials or appointed staff. He wrote the township credit-card policy, which allows citizens to be more well-informed of what credit cards the township uses and how they are used. He speaks as a conservative voice for the citizens and always questions the logic behind fiscal policy.
